<br />2. That I currently serve as an officer of OCWEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. and
<br />am personally fanliliar with the facts set forth herein.
<br />That on or about OCTOBER 20, 2005, RICKY DEAN WHITE AND JENNIFER
<br />MARIE WHITE executed a Note and a Mortgage/Deed of Trust in favor of LONG
<br />BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Mortgage/Deed of Trust was recorded on -
<br />OCTOBER 21,2005, Instrument 200510487, HALL County land records.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK ONE (1), IMPERIAL VILLAGE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />4. That LONG BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY subsequently transferred its interest in
<br />the above Note and Mortgage/Deed of Trust to OCWEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.
<br />. The original assignment was lost or misplaced before being recorded.
<br />This affidavit may be relied on by purchasers, sellers, lenders, attorneys and title insurers.
