<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Robert P Hoover and Karen A Hoover. Husband and Wire, as Trustor, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as, EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF
<br />--URAND1SLAND, isnariied as theBenefidary-anQEanTI~-AIiTsCFiwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated April 25. 2003. and recorded Mav 2. 2003, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200305465 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Robert P Hoover and Karen A Hoover. Husband and Wire, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Successor to The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated April 25. 2003, and recorded
<br />Mav2. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 0200305465, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee
<br />and Deed of Reconvevance.
<br />
<br />Lots 2 & 3, Island Acres Number 7, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and the Easterly 30 Feet of Lot 2, Lush Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting there from tracts of land
<br />conveyed to the City of Grand Island, be deeds recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office as Document No. 83-003399 and Document No. 83-003551.
