<br />THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Raymond
<br />H. Evans, III and Jennifer C. Evans, husband and wife, to U.S. Bank N.A., Trustee, U.S. Bank N.A.,
<br />Beneficiary, dated June '30,2005, and recorded on June 30, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200505982, Mortgage Records has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />THAT WHEREAS, Craig A. Knickrehm, attorney at law, was appointed Successor Trustee
<br />under the Deed of Trust pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee dated January 31, 2007, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 0200701031.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as said Successor Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such
<br />premIses:
