<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by 2535B
<br />Limited Liability Company, 2535B Limited Liability Company to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 23,1997, and recorded May 23,1997 in
<br />the oflice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Document No. 97-104051,
<br />and Modification of Deed of Trust dated October 2,2001, and recorded October 29, 2001 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No. 0200110939, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
