Through <br />Certificates, Series 2004-R3 Under the Pooling & Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2004, <br />without recourse, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />against Kendra L. Ponce, James D. Washington, Jr., and Rene Lia Washington, as the defendants, the <br />object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given <br />by said Kendra L. Ponce, marital status unknown, and James D.
