On or about August 17, 2006, Preisendorf <br />Plumbing and Heating, Inc. made, executed and delivered to U.S. Bank, N.A., an Amendment to <br />Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of rents and Leases (Including Fixture <br />Filing Under Uniform Commercial Code), which amendment was recorded on August 23, 2006 as <br />Instrument No. 0200607530, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary <br />payments which were contractually due on May 1, 2006 through October 1, 2007, together with interest <br />accruing thereon. <br /> <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Craig A.
