<br />You are hereby notified that Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating, Inc., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />Trustor, did on or about March 9, 2006, make, execute and deliver to U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, a
<br />Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases (including Fixture
<br />Filing under Uniform Commercial Code) ("Deed of Trust") wherein said Trustor conveyed the following
<br />described real property:

<br />"Lot Two (2) Preisendorf Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska"
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from U.S. Bank N.A., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 10, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200602124, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. On or about August 17, 2006, Preisendorf
<br />Plumbing and Heating, Inc. made, executed and delivered to U.S. Bank, N.A., an Amendment to
<br />Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of rents and Leases (Including Fixture
<br />Filing Under Uniform Commercial Code), which amendment was recorded on August 23, 2006 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200607530, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on May 1, 2006 through October 1, 2007, together with interest
<br />accruing thereon.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Craig A. Knickrehm, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby
<br />given that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
