CRABTREE, Personal Representative of the Estate of <br />RICHARD L. CRABTREE, Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the <br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and <br />releases to GRANTEES, the following described real estate: <br /> <br />An undivided one-half interest in Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Continental Gardens, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br /> <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, as follows: <br /> <br />A life estate in and to said real estate to AGNES D. <br />CRABTREE, with the remainder interest as follows: <br /> <br />ReNAE LYNN ALLEN, 15% of said remainder interest; <br />STEPHEN C. CRABTREE, 15% of said remainder interest; and <br />DREW M.
