The current lawful holder <br />of the promissory note is U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured <br />Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-BCl. You are hereby notified <br />that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated <br />and as of 10/24/2007, is in the amount of $79,750.66, plus interest thereafter.
