Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the Note. The beneficiary is TierOne Bank, which is <br />organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and whose address is 1235 'N' St 1 PO <br />Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 ("Lender"). GARY J UPAH and AILEEN UPAB owe Lender the principal <br />sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-eight and 45/100 Dollars (U.S. $6,658.45), which is evickncal by the <br />note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"), <br />which provides tor periodic payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and <br />payable on October 15, 2012.
