<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 17, 2007, executed by
<br />Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded as Document #0200706281 on the 25th day of July, 2007, at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:

<br />Lot Eighty-seven (87), in Copper Creek Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the plat filed July 31,2006, as
<br />Instrument #2006067t'ff17
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 17, 2007, recorded
<br />as Document #0200706281 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of October, 2007.
