<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 2,2006, executed
<br />by Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded as Document #0200606901 on the 3rd day of August, 2006, at the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska; AND
<br />
<br />WHERAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the First Amendment to Deed of Trust dated October 19,
<br />2006, executed by Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficia!)' and as Trustee, which
<br />a First Amendment to Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #2006'09427 to amend legal
<br />description on the 23rd day of October, 2006, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and First Amendment to Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said
<br />Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />Lots Eighty-seven (87) and Eighty-eight (88), in Copper Creek Estates Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the plat filed July 31, 2006, as
<br />Instrument #2006067(flR

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 2, 2006,
<br />recorded as Document #0200606901, and the First Amendment to Deed of Trust dated October
<br />19,2006, recorded as Document #200609427 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance and
<br />Release of a Portion of Property Covered by a First Amendment to Deed of Trust at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of October, 2007.
