<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Housing
<br />Development Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation to 'fierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, datcd June 29, 2007, and recorded June 29, 2007 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Ball County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 0200705527, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary docs hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
