<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />020070 '() 3 37. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Jose O. Abarca, a
<br />single person, as Trustor, in which Argent Mortgage Company, LLC is named as Beneficiary and Ticor
<br />Title Insurance Company is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record May 10, 2005
<br />and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds ofRall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02005-
<br />04214.

<br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders
<br />Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WCW3. The
<br />Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ran County, Nebraska.
