<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among DARREN E
<br />TOBEN AND SHEREE K TOBEN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Fanners State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, dated January 11, 1999, and
<br />recorded on January 15, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 99-100517 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Fanners State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Fanners State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
