<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey M.
<br />Hoffman and Lisa M. Hoffman, As Husband and Wife, Borrower, to BANK OF WOOD RlVER,
<br />Trustee, . for the benefit of BANK OF WOOD RIVER dba HERITAGE BANK GRAND
<br />ISLAND, the Beneficiary named herein, dated October 1, 1997, and recorded October 1, 1997,
<br />Instrument Number 97-108155 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
