<br />It) ,5'"0 <br /> <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 3rdday of October, 2007, by and <br />betwecn HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br /> <br />Tim C. Plate, a single person, <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty- <br />two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point 445 % feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West <br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska running thence West, along the North line of the <br />aforesaid NW % of said Section 22, a distance of 100 feet, thence south on a line parallel <br />with the center line of Section 22, a distance of 435 % feet, running thence East on a line <br />parallei with the North line of said Section 22, a distance of 100 feet, thence North on a line <br />parallel with the center line of said Section 22, a distance of 435 % feet to the place of <br />beginning, together with a tract 435.5 feet long and 0.7 feet wide at the south line and lying <br />at the north end of the east side of Claussen Country View Addition, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot One(1), Block Six (6), in said <br />Claussen Country View Addition; thence running north on the east line of Vine Street and <br />on the east line of Lot One(1), Block One (1), Claussen Country View Addition, to the north <br />line of said Claussen Country View Addition; thence running southerly on a line to a point <br />0.7 feet east from the northwest corner and on the north line of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), in <br />said Claussen Country View Addition; thence running west on the north line of said Lot <br />One(1), Block Six (6), Claussen Country View Addition, for a distance of 0.7 feet to the point <br />of beginning excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 77-005104. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated July 2,2001, and filed for record on July 2, 2001~ in the <br />office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as <br />Instrument No. 0200106481 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of August. 01. 2011. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hcreby extended to October 03. 2012. <br />
