<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated June 4,2007, and executed by Patrick Rentals LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 200704793 at the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on the 11 III day of June, 2007
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Parcell: The Northerly Eight Six (86) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Ninety Eight (98) in Railroad
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: The Southerly Forty Six (46) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Ninety Eight (98), in Railroad
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 3: Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Ninety Eight (98) in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 1 st day of October, 2007.
