<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,

<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated Julv 29. 2005, and recorded on Auaust 10. 2005,

<br />as in Instrument No, 0200507776. and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds or County Clerk of Hall

<br />Countv, State of Nebraska, and executed by William F. Bolte and April L Bolte. Husband and Wife. as

<br />trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from

<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by

<br />such trust deeds have been fully paid and that such

<br />trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned
