<br />assigned to TIERONE BANK by Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust, recorded
<br />September 25,2006 as Instrument No. 200608579 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 18, 2006 as Instrument No.
<br />200608352. Said Deed of Trust grants to TierOne Bank, Trustee the power of sale over the
<br />following described real estate:

<br />The East One Half (E 1/2) of Lots Two (2) and Four (4), in Block Twenty-Seven (27), in
<br />Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />commonly known as 1915 W College, Grand Island, NE 68803

<br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustor-Borrower
<br />has breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly payments of
<br />principal and interest of Four Hundred Forty-Seven and 58/100 Dollars ($447.58) for the
<br />months of May, June, July, August, and September, 2007 plus escrow payments. As a result
<br />of this breach, said Beneficiary has elected to exercise the power of sale and to sell or cause
<br />to be sold, the aforementioned property to satisfy the obligation of the Trustee.
