MAYHEW, ~d J1. - '::Il:R Ii\.' ~;II ;rd~< THe, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Licensee." <br /> <br />1. STATEMENT or PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may constmct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement whi:;h will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br />Licensor: <br /> <br />To allow for side-by-side doors that open into the public sidewalk along the east <br />side of the Wheeler Street right-of-way. The doors shall be located on the west <br />building line at 224 West Third Street, approximately eighty (80) feet north of the <br />northeast comer of the Wheeler and Third Street right-of-way. The doors will <br />swing out into the right-of-way, no more than forty-two inches (42"). Two <br />bvllards (or a post and railing system) shall be placed on each side of the doors to <br />discourage pedestrians on the sidewalk from walking i11to tbe area where the <br />doors would swing when opened. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL EST ATE.
