<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 6, 2001, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, March 13, 2001 as Instrument No. 200101972 ofthe Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Michael 1. Schneider and Marie B. Schneider, Husband and Wife were
<br />identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors ofthe obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated March 6,2001, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 13, 2001, as Instrument No. 200101972, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($105,000.00), as
<br />credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of
<br />the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto William S. Barker and Nancy 1. Barker, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,
<br />with rights of survivorship, herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Five (5), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
