<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200108368 wherein Martin Ramirez
<br />Ramirez, a single person is named Trustor; and Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
