There is no entry concerning any minor child affected by this action in the <br /> <br /> <br />Nebraska Child Custody Jurisdiction Act Registry of the Court, and this Court has <br /> <br /> <br />jurisdiction ofthe minor child ofthe parties to this action as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Frank Rodriguez, ill born September 19, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />B. The parties' child, Ann Marie Rodriguez born February 1, 1985, has reached age <br /> <br /> <br />19 and is emancipated. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Legal custody ofthe minor child shall be with the Respondent. The Respondent is <br /> <br /> <br />awarded the care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties, subject to <br /> <br />reasonable rights of visitation and correspondence in the Petitioner. <br /> <br />D. Physical custody shall be shared by the parties with the child residing primarily <br /> <br />with Respondent. Petitioner anCl'Re-spondent shall share physical custody ot the <br /> <br />minor child, while legal custody of said child shall be with the Respondent. <br />
