The parties child, Ann Marie Rodriguez born February 1, 1985, has <br /> <br />reached age 19 and is emancipated. <br /> <br />C. The Respondent is awarded the care, custody and control of the minor <br /> <br />child of the parties, subject to reasonable rights of visitation and <br /> <br />correspondence in the Petitioner. <br /> <br />D. Petitioner and Respondent shall share physical custody of the minor child, <br /> <br />while legal custody of said child shall be with the Respondent. <br /> <br />E.
