<br />Larry K Frost and Vicky L Frost, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, does
<br />hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a
<br />loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of $130,500.00 the Lease dated,
<br />September 28, 2007 ,wherein KUESTER kA~ INC)s the Lessor and the
<br />Assignors are the Lessees, such Lease commenced ~ rif&.1, 2 0 0 7 , and

<br />Lot One (1), having a lakefront footage of Two Hundred Forty (240) feet situated on the
<br />East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being a part ofthe East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E1I2 SWl/4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as
<br />Kuester Lake #56, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of$130,500.00 with interest
<br />and according to the provisions ofthe Financing Statement given to them by the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of Lease will thereafter be null and void and
<br />of no further force or effect.
