All contaminated soil (HMX) that was determined to exceed industrial risk soil hexahydro - 1,3,5- remediation levels has been removed from trinitro- 1,3,5- former Load Line 1. triazine (RDX) The monitoring well located on Tract 37D was (S) (R) (D) dry in 2006, and groundwater modeling indicates that Tract 37D does not overlie the plume of explosives contamination. No remediation of groundwater on Tract 37D is necessary. Asbestos (D) Unknown The two buried debris areas that were discovered on Load Line 1 as part of the MEC geophysical investigation contained some ACM, along with other debris such as burned wood, bricks, metal cans and glass. These debris areas were excavated to a minimum depth of 4 feet (as much as 6 feet in some places) and the ACM properly removed and disposed of in July and August of 2006.
