In August of <br />2002, the buildings were burned per a <br />DDESB - approved ESS. <br />Soil under the former building sites was <br />sampled for explosives. Soil containing <br />greater than 10% by weight explosives was <br />remediated. <br />The Load Line 1 property on Tracts 37C and <br />37D has been certified as 5X. 5X certificates <br />are dated 31 December 2004 and 10 January <br />2007. <br />*Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC). This term, which distinguishes specific <br />categories of military munitions that may pose unique explosives safety risks, means: (a) <br />Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), as defined in 10 § 101(e)(5); (b) Discarded military munitions <br />(DMM), as defined in 10 U.S.C. § 2710(e)(2); or (c) Munitions constituents (e.g., TNT, RDX), <br />as defined in 10 U.S.C. § 2710(e)(3), present in high enough concentrations to pose an <br />ex losive hazard. <br />2 Encls <br />1.
