<br />You are hereby notified that Jose O. Abarca, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about May 5, 2005,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following-described real property:

<br />The East 28 rods of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEl/4
<br />SEl/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska excepting
<br />therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Deeds recorded in Book
<br />78, Page 255 and Book 118, Page 577
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Argent Mortgage Company, LLC,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 10, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02005-04214.
<br />
<br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the
<br />Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders Park Place Securities,
<br />Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WCW3. The Assignment was recorded on June 8, 2007
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2007-04730.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to.wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that
<br />were contractually due.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance,
<br />together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the
<br />real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
