<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2002, executed by Fredric J. Lee and Barbara E. Lee,
<br />Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 20, 2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200212824, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />A Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North
<br />Quarter Comer of said Section 9, thence Soo05'18"E 581.74 Feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on said
<br />bearing Soo05'18"E 1153.82 Feet; thence S89049'38"W 1315.15 Feet; thence Noo02'39"W 434.08 Feet; thence
<br />N89050'08"E 735.08 Feet; thence Noo05' 18"E 710.19 Feet; thence N88052'24"E 580 Feet to the point of beginning.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of September, 2007.
