Parcel ID# 400079186. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Trust Deed was given as security for the payment of Trustor's <br />Promissory Note made on the same date to Fannie Mae, Beneficiary, and which Trust <br />Deed was recorded on the 7th day of April, 2003, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as Document No. 0200304126 of <br />such Records; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustor for which such Trust <br />Deed was made has occurred, to-wit: Failure to make payments in accordance with <br />promissory note. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trustee, at the <br />request of the Beneficiary, has elected to consider all of the principal and <br />interest due in consequence of said default, and has elected to sell the real <br />property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br /> <br />DATED this a~ day of September, 2007. <br /> <br />John A.
