<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated December 29,
<br />1997, by and between TIM C. PLATE, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 97-110965 and which Deed of Trust has
<br />been assigned by Assignment dated October 24,2003 and recorded in the Office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds as Documents No. 02003 I 4278--andby Assignment dated
<br />December 19, 2003 and recorded December 30, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200316583 in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the
<br />Beneficiary, D. STEVEN LEININGER, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of
<br />Trust on the following described real estate:

<br />The Easterly Fifty-Two (52) Feet and Ten (10) Inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8)
<br />in Fractional Block Thirteen (13) of Rollins' Addition and its complement, a part
<br />of Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Block Four (4) in Arnold and Abbott's
<br />Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and being a rectangular tract of ground having a southerly frontage of
<br />Fifty~ Two (52) Feet and Ten (10) Inches on Fourth Street in said City and a depth
<br />of One Hundred Thirty-Two (132) Feet, as surveyed, platted and recorded;

<br />Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(El/2SEl/4) ofSeciion Twenty-One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Lot One Hundred Thirty-Eight (138) in Buena Vista Subdivision, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />All of the Southerly Ninety-One and Five Tenths Feet (91.5') of Fractional Lot
<br />Five (5), in Fractional Block One Hundred (100), in Railroad Addition and its
<br />complement, to-wit: Fractional Lot Five (5) in Fractional Block One Hundred
<br />(100) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Three (103) in Koenig & Wiehe's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor TIM C. PLATE.
