PLATE, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office <br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 97-110965 and which Deed of Trust has <br />been assigned by Assignment dated October 24,2003 and recorded in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Documents No. 02003 I 4278--andby Assignment dated <br />December 19, 2003 and recorded December 30, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200316583 in the <br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the <br />Beneficiary, D.
