<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, GRANTORS, for consideration paid of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />quitclaims to Kathryn Rae Osborne and Emily Ann Osborne, as joint tenancy with right of
<br />survivorship, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. S76-

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Nine (9), of Riverside Farm
<br />Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska a part of
<br />Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West ofthe 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Commencing at a point on the west line of said Lot Nine (9), said point being
<br />Two Hundred Thirteen and Two Tenths (213.2) feet south of the northwest
<br />Corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence southerly along the west line of said Lot
<br />Nine (9), a distance of One Hundred Eighteen and Five Tenths (118.5) feet;
<br />thence deflecting left 95 degrees 27' 06" and running northeasterly, a distance
<br />of Two Hundred Fifty One and Seven Tenths (251.7) feet to the centerline of

<br />deflecting left 119 degrees 03' 53" and running northwesterly along the
<br />centerline of Blaine Street, a distance ofTen and Fifty Five Hundredths
<br />(10.55) feet; thence deflecting left 63 degrees 45' 06" and running
<br />Southwesterly, a distance of One Hundred Forty Eight and Eighty Three
<br />Hundredths (148.83) feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.02

<br />Reserving to the Grantors, Richard Osborne and Ruth Osborne, however, a life estate in the above
<br />said premises during the remainder of their lifetimes, during which time the said Richard Osborne
<br />and Ruth Osborne, shall have the exclusive right to occupy the premises, to lease, let or license the
<br />same and they shall be entitled to all rents, fees or profits generated from said life estate, but
