<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF lEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to BANK OF DONIPHAN, by ERIC R. CHRISTENSQ\J AND
<br />CYNTHIA L. CHRISTENSeN, husband and wife, of a Lease dated September~,
<br />2007, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and ERIC R. CHRISTENSeN AND
<br />CYNTHIA L. CHRISTENseN, husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease
<br />commenced September~, 2007, and terminates September ~, 2042, and pertains
<br />to:

<br />The Southerly One-Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen
<br />(16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side
<br />of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E12SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common
<br />road
<br />
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtors to Bank of Doniphan as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount
<br />of ONE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS
<br />($107,500.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described
<br />premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
