<br />DENNIS G. VANOSDALL of Hall County, State of Nebraska for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of($1.00) ONE DOLLAR and other valuable consideration to
<br />him in hand paid at or before the delivery of these presents, by NANCY K.
<br />CARRUTHERS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, and sold
<br />and by these presents does grant and convey unto NANCY K. CARRUTHERS, her heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, and assigns, the following described personal property, to-wit:

<br />All of the above described property is situated on property described as follows:

<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a plat of said
<br />property in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., and known as No. 38, Kuester
<br />Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska,

<br />Free and clear of all encumbrances and taxes now due and payable; except: NONE
<br />belonging to DENNIS G. V ANOSDALL, now in his possession, at the place last
