<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated October 12, 1988 and executed by Electrical Contractors, Inc., a Corporation, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 88-106023 at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 9th day of November, 1988.

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The South Half (S'Y2) of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16) having a lake front footage
<br />of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being located on a
<br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'Y2SW~) in Section Thirteen (13 ), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a
<br />plat of said property in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., and known as No. 38, Kuester
<br />Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 19th day of September, 2007.
