Lindquist, a <br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", <br />pursuant to a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on November 1, 2005 <br />as Instrument No. 0200510824 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />RL. Janitorial Services, Inc., hereinafter called "Grantee." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 20, 2007, Grantor, executed a Notice of Default pursuant to which <br />notice was given to Patrick E. Wilsey and Gayle Wilsey, husband and wife, Trustors, under that <br />certain Deed of Trust recorded on November I, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200510824 in the Office <br />ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), in Block Four (4), of South Grand Island, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy <br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on July 27,2007, as Instrument No. 0200705393. <br /> <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 RRS. Nebraska. <br /> <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on August 4, 2007, Grantor caused to be published in The <br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br />cashier's check, at at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1 st & Locust Street, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on September 13, 2007. Publication of such <br />notice was made for five consecutive weeks on August 4,2007, August 11,2007, August 18,2007, <br />August 25, 2007 and September I, 2007, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not <br />more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of sale. <br /> <br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties <br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 <br />RRS. Nebraska. <br /> <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Grantor, did at <br />the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public <br />auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $64,200.00, it being the highest bidder <br />therefor. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $64,200.00 so bid <br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and <br />assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Patrick E.
