<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />THE EASTERLY 50 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 198 FEET OF FRACTIONAL BLOCK 17 IN
<br />WINDOLPH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Said default under the terms ofthe Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76~1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.

<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
