<br />BILL OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The Estate of Eloise R. Clayton. deceased,
<br />hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, whether one or more. do grunt. sell, transfer and
<br />deliver unto, Deryl E. Lawrence and Betty J. Lawrence, husband and wife. hereinafter
<br />referred to GRANTEE. whether one or more. and GRANTEE'S successors,
<br />administrators, and assigns. the following goods and chattels. to wit:

<br />The dwelling house aDd all other improvements loeated on the
<br />following described leased property, including the plumbing, heating
<br />equipment, pumps, hot water heater, dock, kennel, tool shed, outside
<br />lighting fixtures, fences, stove, dishwasher, all window coverings, all
<br />accesories currently in home, and aD and any other improvements
<br />and appertenances thereto on said premises; all of suth chattels and
<br />property being located and sutuated on Lot Three (3), having a
<br />lakefront footage of 100 feet situated on the East side of the West
<br />portion of Kuester Lake and being a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (EII2SW1I4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., BaD
<br />County, Nebraska, commoDly known as Kuester Lake #58, lIaB
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HA VB AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said goods and chattels, forever;
<br />and said GRANTOR hereby covenants with said GRANTEE, that GRANTOR is the
<br />lawful owner(s) of said goods and chattels; that they are tree from all encumbrances; that
<br />GRANTOR has good right to sell the same as aforesaid and that GRANTOR will warrant
<br />and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatsoever.
