<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on 01/20/2004, as Document number 200400566 in the records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, by DAWN DANNER, ANDREW DANNER, as Trustors, in which LaSalle
<br />Bank National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Trust 2004-1, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the
<br />trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the
<br />Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified
<br />that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated
<br />and as of 0710312007, is in the amount of $158,260.66, plus interest thereafter. You are
<br />further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust
