Meier, not personally but as Trustee on <br />behalf of Sharon R. Meier, Trustee of the Sharon R. Meier Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July <br />26,2001, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and <br />the undersigned as Trustee, whieh was recorded As Instrument 0200609285 at the Register of Deeds <br />office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 18th day of October, 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EYzNWY<i) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 61h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract ofland more <br />particularly described in attached Exhibit "A" and the East Half (EYz) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SWi,4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this I th day of September, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br /> <br />~OINr <br />4.~~"...""
