<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated October 13, 2006 and executed by Wayne K. Meier, not personally but as Trustee on
<br />behalf of Wayne K. Meier Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 26, 2001; and Sharon R. Meier,
<br />not personally but as Trustee on behalf of Sharon R. Meier, Trustee of the Sharon R. Meier Revocable
<br />Living Trust Agreement dated July 26, 2001, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument
<br />0200609143 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 13lh day of October, 2006.

<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EY2SE1.I) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this lih day of September, 2007.
