So <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the <br />Trust Deed, executed by Lawrence J Levering and Sarah L Levering, husband and wife as <br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 30th day of September <br />2005, and recorded on the 4th day of October 2005, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, recorded as Instrument No 0200509893, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has <br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real <br />property (as defmed in Neb.
