<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by ALFRED O.
<br />GIGSTAD AND SARAH A. GIGSTAD, HUSBAND AND WIFE, JOINTLY AND EACH IN THEIR OWN RIGHT
<br />as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 3D, 2005, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />0200509763 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
<br />Book Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and
