Menjivar, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 16, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200400507, <br />which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE WEST HALF (W1/2) OF LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), SOUTH GRAND <br />ISLAND IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
