<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated December 16, 1998, December 28, 1999, and November 9, 2005,
<br />executed by John 1. Lantz and Debra 1. Lantz, husband and wife, Trustor, in which Five Points
<br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 24, 1998, recorded as Instrument No.
<br />98-112789, and on January 3, 2000, recorded as Instrument No. 200000018, and on November 16,
<br />2005, recorded as Instrument No. 20511297, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT TWENTY-TWO (22), KENTISH HILLS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF OF
<br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S1/2 NW1/4 SWI/4) OF SECTION
<br />TWENTY-FIVE (25), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (1 I) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), WESTOF THE 6TH P.M., HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of September, 2007.
