JOEL B HULINSKY and DEBORAH K HULINSKY owe <br />Lender the principal sum of Forty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen and 00/100 Dollars (US. $49,616.00), <br />which is evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security <br />Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for monthly payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full dcbt, if not <br />paid earlier, due and payable on March 5, 2008.
