The grantor is CRAIG L GIBSON, <br />whose address is 1609 N Kruse Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803; and KIM A GIBSON, HUSBAND AND <br />WIFE, whose address is 1609 N Kurse Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 ("Borrower"). Borrower is not <br />necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the Note. The beneficiary is TierOne Bank, which is organized and existing under the laws <br />of the United States of America and whose address is 1235 'N' St / PO Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 <br />("Lender"). CRAIG L GIBSON and KIM A GIBSON owe Lender the principal sum of Twenty-five <br />Thousand One Hundred Four and 001100 Dollars (U.S. $25,104.00), which is evidenced by the note, consumer <br />loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for <br />periodic payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on August 30, <br />2022.
