<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />April 17, 2006, as Instrument 2006-03338 of the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, by Julia A. Dittmer and Kenny Dittmer, wife and husband, as Trustors, in
<br />which U.S. Bank, National Association is bcneficiary via an Assignment of Dccd of Trust filed
<br />for record August 13, 2007 as Instrument 2007-06891 of the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, hereby givcs notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure
<br />to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby noti fied that becausc of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and the beneficiary has elected to
<br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at oncc due and
<br />payable, and further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed. The trust
<br />property affected is as follows:

<br />East parallel with the South line of said section for a distance of 55 feet; thence
<br />South parallel with the West line of Section 3 a distance of 516 feet to a point on
<br />the South line of said section thence West along the South line of said section a
<br />distance of 55 feet to the point of beginning.
