Virgen and Cynthia L. Virgen, husband and wife, Trustors under <br />a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 26, 2007 <br />as Instrument No. 0200702379, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK THREE (3), IN CLAUSSEN COUNTRY VIEW <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
