<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee under'
<br />the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Financing Statement and Assignment of Rents dated July
<br />18, 2001, executed by CONCORD HOSPITALITY, INC., a Nebraska corporation, in which BANK
<br />OF AMERICA, as successor in interest by merger with FLEET BUSINESS CREDIT
<br />CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned is
<br />named as Trustee, and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on July 23, 2001, as Instrument No. 200107256, has received from BANK OF
<br />AMERICA, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Financing Statement and
<br />Assignment of Rents, a written request to reconvey as set forth below, reciting that all sums due
<br />and other obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Financing Statement
<br />and Assignment of Rents, have been fully paid and satisfied.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee of said Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Financing Statement and Assignment of
<br />Rents does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the
<br />estate now held by said Trustee in the following-described real estate:
